Return & Refund Policy

We are proud to say that we only purchase the finest bra-making supplies available.

If you should receive goods that are missing, flawed or otherwise defective in any way, please let us know and provide sufficient evidence within 5 days upon receiving your order so that we can correct the problem. We will replace the items, or refund your money once the goods have been returned to us. We regret that there are no returns on cut goods, patterns, or goods that have been used or no longer saleable.
We weigh each item separately to maintain accuracy when packaging your order. The weight of individual items is recorded in our system to provide to best and most accurate shopping and shipping experience.

Please contact us only by email if you wish to return any items.

If you want to cancel an order that has not gone out yet there will be a 10% cancellation fee. Orders that involve cut metres of fabric and elastic may incurr an additional cutting fee at our discretion.

We will accept returned goods up to 30 days after the original date of purchase.
