Professional Bra Fitting Class (April 13-15)

Description

If you are interested in taking your bra fitting skills to the next level or wish to pursue bra-making on a custom level, this will be the ultimate class for you to learn from one of the best. You will learn to fit any garment using a bra as its foundation, and learn to overcome challenges such as uneven cup sizes, low contour, petite cups and Omega shapes.

Student to bring to class:

 18″ drafting paper that can be seen through
 Mechanical pencil
 Eraser (white type not pink)
 Wash-out marker to mark fabric
 Invisible or Magic scotch tape
 Curved ruler
 Flexible Flat ruler with 1/8” increments or less
 Paper scissors or rotary cutter for paper
 Calculator

Instructor will provide printed pages of:
 Bra Fitting workbook
 Bra Fitting Templates
 Bridge Testers
 Client Bra Alterations sheet
 Conversion Chart from inches/ fractions and cms
 List of materials & instructions for Tester Bras
 BCD and RTW sizes

You will not do any sewing in the class as this is a bra theory class only. You MUST be very familiar with the construction methods of a bra including full and partial band styles. No construction will be taught or reviewed.
