Plush Underwire Casing Underwire Channeling

This Plush Underwire Casing Underwire Channeling is our preferred channeling – it is thick and soft and dyes like a dream come true – we love it! The Casing is easy to apply; just stitch the edge of the channel to the seamline of the cup with a straight stitch. Then insert the wire inside the tube and stitch across the end to seal the wire inside. Pre-pressing the channel in a slight curve will help it conform to the curve of the underwire line. Plush Underwire Casing can be used for underwire insertion but is also useful to insert narrow bones as side support in a bra, waist cincher or garter belts.

Our Plush Underwire Casing Underwire Channeling is conveniently dyed according to the Pantone Fashion, Home + Interiors colour chart. Each of our Plush Underwire Casing colours is shown with the corresponding Pantone colour code. If you have the Pantone chart, you may check our colours against it for an accurate colour depiction. Our Plush Underwire Casing is also dyed to match many of our fabrics, such as our Duoplex, Power Net, Double Knit Power Net, and Stretch Mesh; along with our Band Elastic and Satin Strap Elastic. The Channeling is available in a wide variety of colours, to match with many of our fabrics. Colours include:  White, Ivory, Peach, Pink, Red, Black Cherry, Navy Blue, Beige, Platinum, and Black.

Uses:

Plush Channeling can be used in a variety of garments. The casing can be used anywhere that needs a casing for underwire or thin plastic boning. Our customers use this Channeling primary for bras, but it can also be used for garter belts that require plastic boning, foundation garments that require plastic boning, light corsets or bustiers. Our Channeling is dyed to match many of our fabrics, to create a beautifully finished garment.
