Schmetz Universal Sewing Machine Needles

Our Schmetz Universal Sewing Machine Needles are the needles to use for most general sewing. These needles work well for woven fabrics but it can also work with limited success with some knits.

The small size 70/10 would typically be used on light weight wovens, sheers, and cottons. The medium 80/12 size is used for medium weight woven fabrics. The heavier 90/14 size is used for lightweight denims or fabrics used for corsetry as well as home decor.
