Here’s the lingerie laundry bag you’ve been waiting for! It’s the perfect size for your fine hand washables but durable enough for the machine, too. I know we are always telling you to hand wash your fine things, especially the underwear and bras you’ve spent precious time making for yourself. However, this bag changes the way we’ve looked at the washing process!

We put our bras, bralettes and undies in this bag and tossed the whole bag in the washer. Then we removed the items from the bag and hung them up to air dry. You could also hand wash the bag in warm sudsy water if your prefer.  Whichever method of washing you choose, the zipper closure will keep your things from falling out of the bag during the washing process.

The bag itself is 11″ wide x 13″ (28 x 33 cm) long, large enough for several pairs of panties, and several bras or bralettes. You can put many pairs of nylon stockings or knee-high socks in the bag. It is extra roomy for your things but not so large that the items for washing get tossed around. The bag is made of 100% polyester so it will be compatible with whatever water temperature you choose to use it with.

The Lingerie Laundry Bag is white, with a pretty heart stencil and the words “Wash me with Love” printed on the bag in pink. The pink printing matches the zipper. What I love about the construction is that the zipper tab tucks under a tab when the zipper is closed. This prevents the zipper from  possibly snagging other clothes in the wash. The zipper tab can be easily retrieved when you need to open the bag.

The Lingerie Laundry Bag can be used for laundering bras, bralettes, underwear (mens, ladies and childrens), nylon stockings, camisoles, lacey items and socks including knee-high socks. You can also use it to pre-wash fabrics such as bamboo to keep it from twisting.
