Swimwear Kits

Making your own Swimwear is fun and rewarding. With the high cost and limited size range of most swimwear, making your own is cost effective and ensures a custom fit. Now you can make several great suits for la fraction of the cost of 1 quality swimsuit using our Swimwear Kits! We have a nice range of Swimwear Patterns to choose from, make yourself an entire collection! Please note that the pattern is not included in either of the kits.

Our popular Swimwear Kits include the basic materials to make your own swimsuit using any of our Swimwear Patterns, including the Tankini or the Bikini Patterns. Choose from 2 kits, depending on whether or not you will be including a built-in bra. The Swimwear Kit – Bare Bones includes the basic lining and elastic, choose your outer fabric separately. The Swimwear Kit – The Essentials includes the basic lining and elastic, along with the necessary materials to make a built-in bra.

Both kits include a generous amount of materials, enough to make even the largest sized swimsuit in any of our Pin-Up Girls Swimwear Pattern Styles.

Neither kit includes the Swimwear Pattern or the outer fabric.

Swimwear Kit – Bare Bones Includes:

• 100% Nylon Swimwear Lining
• Filpar Swimwear Elastic

Swimwear Kit – The Essentials Includes:

• 100% Nylon Swimwear Lining
• Filpar Swimwear Elastic
• Cut and Sew Foam for the cups
• Duoplex for the bra frame
• Strap Elastic (¾” or 18 mm)
• Bottom Band Elastic (¾” or 18 mm)
• Fold-Over Binding
• Nylon Tricot Tape for stabilising the neckline and underarm edges
• A 1″ (25 mm) Plastic G-Hook for the back

Colours Available:

Both Swimwear Kits are available in 3 colours. Choose from White, Beige, or Black lining colours. Choose the colour that best matches with your outer fabric colour.
