Braided Corset Lacing Cord

Lace-up the back of your new corset or waist cincher with this strong Braided Corset Lacing Cord. The Cord is small in diameter, but strong. Therefore, the Corset Cord will fit through size #00 Grommets easily and will lace up snugly without loosening off. The Braided Cord features a matte finish. It is braided, which gives the cord texture. This is perfect for the back of a corset, as the lacing is less likely to slip or loosen than a smooth or shiny cord.

Four to five metres will lace the average corset. The size of the corset does not determine whether or not you need more cord, but the length of the back. Customers making a long corset will require more cord.

Uses:

Customers use the Braided Corset Lacing Cord for a variety of garments. The Cord is primarily used to lace up the back of corsets, due to its strength. However, the Lacing Cord is also used for costumes and any other garment that requires a strong cord. The Lacing Cord can be used as a decorative lace-up detail, in the front of a costume or as an extra detail on the front or sides of a corset or waist cincher. The texture of the cord helps give a bit of a grip. The Cord is not overly smooth or shiny, therefore, it is less likely to slip when tightening up a corset or loosen up after wearing. Use four to five metres for an average corset or waist cincher. For a longer corset, add an extra metre or two.
