Forget the guesswork, we have done the work for you, choosing fabrics that have the proper characteristics to make a foam cup bra. If you are making a cut & sew foam cup bra, you need to use a stretchy fabric to cover the cup, a stable knit fabric for the frame and the straps, as well as power net for the back band. The fabrics are all cut and packaged for you, just choose the foam.

If you are making a bra from a pre-formed foam cup, you still require the same fabrics. That’s right, you still need a stretchy fabric for the cups, a stable knit for both frame and straps, and the Power Net for the back band. Just choose your Foam Cup (sold separately).
