Skull Lace Fabric

Our new Skull Lace Fabric is a sheer, allover lace fabric. This fabric is used for upper and lower bra cups, as well as the front frame. This lace is very soft and is also great for other lingerie – specifically robes or laying over shorts and other garments.

The Skull Lace Fabric is approximately 60″ (150 cm) in width, with minimal stretch.

One of the most exciting applications for the Skull Lace fabric is as a fabric overlay over foam cups. The lace works well with either cut and sew foam or pre-formed foam cups. The colour of the foam peeks through the negative space in the Skull lace. This creates a wonderful, sometimes unexpected secondary colour tone within the garment. In fact, we often audition several foam colours before we decide on which one to use!

Uses:

The Skull Lace is a lovely, minimal-stretch, all-purpose, allover lace. Customers use this lace fabric for bra cups and frame, lingerie, as well as trim for lingerie. Whether you use the lace fabric alone, or as an overlay over coloured lining fabrics, it is sure to become a favourite in your fabric collection.
