January is the month of BLUE!
Blue tends to get a bad reputation, often being associated with sadness and depression.
Quite the opposite is true, in fact. The colour blue is associated with imagination, inspiration, sincerity.. all really good things!
According to research, wearing the colour blue can also evoke a sense of calmness and relaxation.
I don’t know about you, but after the hustle and bustle of the holiday season behind us, I sure could use some time to relax and sew!
